采用粉末冶金和轧制工艺制备TZM合金和掺镧TZM合金,通过对其分别在1000、1100、1200、1300、1400、1500、1600℃退火后样品的显微组织进行研究与对比,分析La2O3对TZM合金再结晶温度的影响机理。研究表明,TZM合金的再结晶温度为1100℃左右,La-TZM合金的再结晶温度为1200℃,La2O3在TZM合金的晶界处形成细小的第二相,阻碍了晶界的迁移,可提高TZM合金的再结晶温度,同时可提高晶界第二相的形核概率,且可细化晶粒。
TZM alloy and lanthanum-doped TZM alloy were prepared by powder metallurgy and rolling process. The microstructure of samples after annealing at 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500 and 1600 ℃ were studied and compared. Influence Mechanism of TZM Alloy Recrystallization Temperature. The results show that the recrystallization temperature of TZM alloy is about 1100 ℃ and the recrystallization temperature of La-TZM alloy is 1200 ℃. La2O3 forms a small second phase in the grain boundary of TZM alloy, which hinders the grain boundary migration and improves TZM alloy recrystallization temperature, while the grain boundary phase can improve the probability of nucleation, and grain refinement.
