半导体 p+n型气体传感器是基于气体传感器互补增强和互补反馈原理的一种新结构的气体传感器。理论分析表明 ,基于该工作原理 ,传感器的灵敏度、选择性、热稳定性及抗湿干扰的能力可以得到很大的改善。
Semiconductor p + n gas sensor is based on gas sensor complementary enhancement and complementary feedback principle of a new structure of the gas sensor. Theoretical analysis shows that based on this principle, the sensor’s sensitivity, selectivity, thermal stability and resistance to wet interference can be greatly improved.
