随着教育改革的不断深入,“后进生”转化工作越来越受到关注,为此,广大教育工作者从不同的角度探索出了很多可行的转化措施,促进了“后进生”转化工作的开展。但笔者认为,在教育应张扬学生的个性、关注学生全面发展的今天,我们应该冷静地审视一下这项倍受关注的工作。就此,笔者提出自己的几点拙见,以期能与广大教师商榷。一、“后进生”的界定值得推敲
With the continuous deepening of education reform, more and more attention has been paid to the transformation of the “late students”. For this reason, the majority of educators have explored many feasible transformation measures from different perspectives and promoted the development of the “late students” transformation work. . However, the author believes that in today’s education, students’ individuality should be promoted and students’ overall development should be focused on. We should calmly review this work that has received much attention. In this regard, the author put forward his own opinion, in order to discuss with the majority of teachers. I.
