文化干部作为服务于生产生活一线的广大干部职工和劳动群众,为这些群众和干部提供精神文化食粮的一线工作者,是构建社会主义和谐社会,是繁荣有中国特色的社会主义文化的重要力量。他们的工作深入基层,服务大众,是中央的各项指示和各种先进科学文化知识在农村进行传播和推广的重要力量。本文将根据中央精神文明建设方面的重要指示,立足我国基层文化建设方面的工作实际,探讨提高文化干部的工作能力和服务基层的能力的措施。
Cultural cadres, as the broad masses of cadres and workers and working people who serve the front line of production and life, are the front line workers who provide these people and cadres with spiritual, cultural and food supplies. They are an important force for building a socialist harmonious society and for prospering a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. Their work in depth at the grassroots level and serving the general public is an important force for all central directives and various advanced scientific and cultural knowledge to be disseminated and promoted in rural areas. Based on the important instructions in the construction of spiritual civilization of the Central Government and based on the practical work of grassroots cultural construction in our country, this article will discuss measures to improve the working ability of cultural cadres and the ability to serve the grassroots.
