房屋建筑工程施工是保障我国民生工程建设的一项基础项目。在对项目进行设计、施工、验收过程中需要采用完善的管理体系才能够有效的提升房屋建筑工程的质量。其中施工质量管理是房屋建筑工程质量管理中最为关键的一个环节,直接关系到房屋建筑本身的质量,以及现场施工的安全性。因此,对其进行深入研究能够从根本上加强我国房屋建筑工程质量管理。文章针对房屋建筑工程施工质量管理的现状对其进行分析,总结当前我国房屋建筑工程施工质量管理中存在的问题,从而针对其存在的问题进行针对性的对策分析,以促进我国房屋建筑工程施工质量管理水平和质量的提升。
Housing construction is to protect the construction of livelihood projects in China a basic project. In the project design, construction, inspection process requires the use of sound management system can effectively enhance the quality of housing construction projects. Among them, construction quality management is one of the most critical links in the quality management of housing construction projects, which is directly related to the quality of housing construction itself and the safety of on-site construction. Therefore, in-depth study of it can fundamentally strengthen the quality control of China’s housing construction project. This paper analyzes the status quo of the construction quality management of housing construction, summarizes the existing problems in the construction quality management of housing construction in our country, and then analyzes the existing problems in order to promote the construction quality of housing construction in China Management level and quality improvement.
