众所周知,由于地勘行业工作环境十分艰苦,加之长期以来与石油、冶金等艰苦行业相比待遇偏低等因素,毕业生到地勘单位就业呈减少趋势,且跳槽现象频发。本文提出要采取措施,鼓励毕业生到地勘单位就业。
As we all know, due to the extremely difficult working environment in the geological survey industry and the long-term underpaid treatment compared with the difficult industries such as oil and metallurgy, the employment of graduates in geological exploration units is on a downward trend and the job-hopping phenomenon is frequent. This article proposes to take measures to encourage graduates to work in geological exploration units.
