A series of events One day, a gentle man came to the Consulate of the French Embassy in Moscow and introduced himself: My name is Constantine Plenelle, a major in KGB. I want to make a film for Soviet television that reflects KGB’s international role. I hope to see you in your country as leader of the French intelligence and anti-espionage department.
