电站高压加热器中的铜管由于给水 pH值的提高 ,容易造成腐蚀而使其寿命缩短。针对该问题 ,开展了用钢质螺旋槽管替代原有铜光滑管并使其达到原有换热性能的研究。以水蒸气 -水为介质的立式单管凝结换热实验的结果表明 ,钢质螺旋槽管的总传热系数比钢质光滑管提高 10 %~ 17% ,且钢质螺旋槽管高压加热器工业试验也表明 ,其总传热系数比铜光滑管高压加热器提高 8%。因此 ,可以采用钢质螺旋槽管替代高压加热器中的铜光滑管 ,实现锅炉给水系统无铜化运行的要求。
Due to the increase of the pH value of the feedwater, copper pipes in the high-voltage heater of the power station are likely to cause corrosion and shorten the service life.
