根据传热学理论和数值模拟方法研究了45钢喷射电镀Ni层激光重熔温度场的分布规律,考虑了热物性参数、对流换热、相变潜热等随温度变化的因素,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了连续移动三维瞬态激光重熔喷射电镀Ni层温度场的计算模型。利用建立的模型所优选的参数,进行了激光重熔试验,研究了45钢喷射电镀Ni层激光重熔后试件的性能特点。
Based on the theory of heat transfer and numerical simulation, the distribution rule of laser remelting temperature distribution in 45 steel Ni-layer was studied. Considering the factors such as thermophysical parameter, convective heat transfer and latent heat of phase transition with temperature, ANSYS finite element method Analysis software, the calculation model of the temperature field in Ni layer by continuous moving three-dimensional transient laser remelting jet plating was established. The laser remelting test was carried out by using the parameters optimized by the established model. The performance characteristics of the 45-steel Ni-plated Ni layer after laser remelting were studied.
