中国石化集团江汉石油管理局五七社区管理服务中心,拥有物业管理企业二级资质和ISO9001质量体系认证证书,在职员工1400余人,其中注册物业管理师4人,承担着江汉油田24个住宅小区、五七社区公共场所和5个厂处办公物业管理服务工作,主要服务项目有环卫保洁、绿化养护、锅炉供暖、公共设施维护、安保管理、食堂服务等。中心确立了“秩序优良、服务优质、环境优美、业绩优秀”的质量方针和“严谨、务实、守纪、高效”的服务理念,构建了“社区服务‘三精’质量控制模
