两地两年试验表明 ,不同抗虫性能棉花对不同浓度的硫酸卡那霉素溶液反应不同 ,用涂抹法鉴定抗虫性所需的溶液浓度以 30 0 0～ 70 0 0 mg· kg-1最佳。
Two years of experiments in both places showed that cotton with different anti-insect properties reacted differently to different concentrations of kanamycin sulfate solution, and the concentration of the solution required for evaluating insect resistance by the smear method was in the range of 30 0 to 70 0 mg · kg -1 optimal.
