根据沈阳市2010年国民体质健康监测数据,选取35-45岁中青年城市居民群体,通过SPSS系统对表示体质的各项指标进行平均数分析,分析35-39岁和40-44岁年龄组中青年城市居民的体质状况,同时比较各项体质指标随年龄增长的变化趋势。分析发现沈阳市中青年城市居民人群多项指标基本处在合格线水平上下,体质状况令人担忧。建议加强体质健康宣传和组织引导,科学提高该人群的体质健康水平。
According to the national physical health monitoring data from 2010 in Shenyang City, the urban population of middle-aged and young urban residents aged 35-45 was selected. The mean of each indicator of physical fitness was analyzed by SPSS. The average age of 35-39 and 40-44 age groups Young urban residents of the physical condition, while comparing the physical indicators with the changing trend of age. Analysis found that a number of indicators of urban middle-aged and young urban residents in Shenyang basically at the level of qualified lines up and down, the physical condition is worrying. Proposals to strengthen physical health promotion and organization guidance, science to improve the physical fitness of the population.
