气体钻井中气体携岩冲蚀多功能四通是引起多功能四通快速失效的主要原因之一。在气体钻井钻进过程中,当钻到储气地层时,地层中得大量天然气会从井底环空高速流向井口环空,经放喷管线流向外界。其间,天然气会携带大量井底岩屑颗粒,并对四通造成冲蚀。根据现场实钻数据表明:在现场测试时钻杆接头正处于存在冲蚀位置,初步估计是由于钻杆接头的导向作用,致使四通本体内部造成冲蚀。目前采用的解决办法是用4寸油钻杆来替换5寸钻杆来减小钻具接头携岩对多功能四通的冲蚀。
Gas drilling and gas erosion in the multi-functional Stone Stone is caused by rapid failure of one of the main reasons. The preliminary estimation is due to the guide action of the drill pipe joint, resulting in the erosion of the interior of the four-way body. The solution currently used is to replace the 5-inch drill pipe with 4-inch oil drill pipe to reduce the erosion of the multi-functional Stone on the drill joint.
