沙特阿拉伯王国南北铁路工程所在地区属沙漠气候,干燥炎热,尤其是7—8月份,气温在50℃以上,故对混凝土的质量要求高;混凝土骨料体积小,后续路基填方工期紧,强度增长速度要求高;点多线长,构造物分散,运输距离远,对泵送混凝土的品质要求高。在参考其他工程经验的基础上,结合本工程工期紧、沙特现有水泥品种单一等因素,制定了现浇钢筋混凝土箱涵夏季高温施工技术措施,进行高温季节不间断施工,达到了预期效果。
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is located in a desert climate in the region where the North-South Railway project is hot and dry. In particular, the temperature is above 50 ℃ in July and August, so the quality of concrete is high. The concrete aggregate volume is small and the subsequent subgrade fill time is tight. High growth rate; multi-point long, structural dispersion, transport distance, the quality of pumping concrete demanding. Based on the experience of other projects and the tight schedule of the project and the singleness of the existing cement types in Saudi Arabia, the technical measures for construction of cast-in-place reinforced concrete box culverts at high temperatures in summer are developed. The continuous construction in high-temperature seasons achieves the expected results.
