针对高校学报的办刊宗旨及高校教师、在校生、研究生普遍存在的发稿难问题,提出高校学报作者群应更为拓展,并从三个方面分析了这一举措施行的必要性,进而阐述了需拓宽的作者群的自身素质,完全可以充实原本比较单一的作者队伍,并可以借此举措提高办刊质量和水平,将学报推介出去,更充分地体现学报的本质属性。
In view of the purpose of running journals of colleges and universities and the ubiquitous issue of dispatching of college teachers, students and postgraduates, it is suggested that author groups of journals of colleges and universities should be further expanded, and the necessity of implementing this measure should be analyzed from three aspects. The author’s group needs to broaden the quality of their own, can enrich the original author of a relatively simple team, and can take this measure to improve the quality and level of journal, journals to promote, more fully reflect the essence of the nature of the journal.
