2月14日,在中国钢铁工业协会2006年理事(扩大)会上,中国钢铁工业协会常务副会长兼秘书长罗冰生作了题为《2005年行业运行情况及2006年发展态势预测》的专题报告。报告分析了2005年钢铁行业运行的情况,第一次对过剩产能进行了客观的量化分析;对2006年行业发展的态势进行了预测,并对各用钢需求和铁矿石供应形势进行了科学的预测。对2006年钢铁工业的发展,罗冰生也提出了非常重要的建议。
On February 14, 2006, at China Iron and Steel Association (Enlarged) Meeting of China Iron and Steel Association, Luo Bingsheng, executive vice president and secretary general of China Iron and Steel Association made a presentation titled “Operation of Industry in 2005 and Prediction of Development Trend in 2006” report.
