数学是一种抽象的学科,主要是研究数量,结构、空间、变化等概念,在人类历史和社会的发展中具有重要的作用,被应用在诸多领域中,是学习和研究科学技术的基本工具之一。学生个体是存在客观差异的,孔子曾提倡“因材施教”的教学理论,分层教学法是基于学生学习能力、基础知识、等客观差异,教师在教学过程中实施针对性的分层教学,最大程度地获得教学效果,实现不同层次的教学目标的一种教学方法,本文对小学数学分层教学的实施策略问题进行了解析。
