目的:探讨康复新液治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年6月-2013年6月我院收治的64例口腔溃疡患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组采用康复新液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、口腔溃疡消退时间及治疗费用。结果:观察组治疗有效率为90.7%,对照组为78.1%,观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组口腔溃疡消退时间为(3.2±1.6)d,少于对照组的(7.5±2.4)d;观察组平均治疗费用为(125.3±24.1)元,少于对照组的(158.6±27.3)元,比较有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用康复新液治疗口腔溃疡能显著缩短口腔溃疡消退时间,降低治疗费用,临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxinye on the treatment of oral ulcer. Methods: Sixty-four patients with oral ulcer admitted in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated by conventional method. The observation group was treated with rehabilitation fluid The clinical efficacy, oral ulcer subsidence time and treatment cost were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of observation group was 90.7%, while that of control group was 78.1%. The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). The time of oral ulcer subsided in observation group was (3.2 ± 1.6) ) d, less than the control group (7.5 ± 2.4) d; the average treatment cost of the observation group was (125.3 ± 24.1) yuan, less than the control group (158.6 ± 27.3) yuan, compared with significant differences, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of oral ulcer with Kangfuxin Solution can shorten the time of oral ulcer subsidence and reduce the cost of treatment. The clinical curative effect is significant and it is worth to be popularized clinically.
