目的:建立同时测定参芪五味子片中黄芪甲苷、酸枣仁皂苷A含量的HPLC-ELDS方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Aglient C_(18)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(35:65),检测器为蒸发光检测器,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),进样量为10μ1,柱温为30℃。结果:黄芪甲苷和酸枣仁皂苷A分别在0.834~8.340μg和0.432~4.324μg范围内与峰面积积分值的自然对数呈良好的线性关系,黄芪甲苷平均加样回收率为100.1%,RSD=1.3%;酸枣仁皂苷A平均加样回收率为99.5%,RSD=1.4%。结论:本法简便快捷、结果准确、重复性好,可用于参芪五味子片的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC-ELDS method for simultaneous determination of Astragaloside IV and Jujuboside A in Shenqi Schisandra tablets. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Aglient C_ (18) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (35:65). The detector was an evaporative light detector with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1. The injection volume was 10 μl. The temperature is 30 ° C. Results: Astragaloside A and jujuboside A showed good linear relationship with the natural logarithm of integral of peak area in the range of 0.834 ~ 8.340μg and 0.432 ~ 4.324μg, respectively. The average recoveries of astragaloside were 100.1% RSD = 1.3%; Jujuboside A average recovery of 99.5%, RSD = 1.4%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of Shenqi Schisandra Tablets.
