一、引言各种材料热发射率的测量在国民经济中有着十分重要的作用。根据不同的测量原理,Gaumer和Mckller把所有的测量热发射率的方法分为三大类:卡计法、反射率法(反射计法)和辐射计法。我们在实际工作中采用辐射计法对一些红外加热涂料进行了法向全发射率的测量。辐射计法的基本原理是,探测待测试样的辐射出射度和处于相同温度和其他测试条件下的黑体的辐射出射度,由两者的比值求出热发射率。该方法的特点是测试准确度比较高,但系统误差因素比较多,难于进行精确估算,特别是光路系统结构参数的影响很大,本文就此进行了一些测量和分析。
I. INTRODUCTION Measurement of thermal emissivity of various materials plays a very important role in the national economy. Gaumer and Mckller classify all the methods of measuring thermal emissivity into three categories based on different measurement principles: calorimetry, reflectometry (reflectometry), and radiometer methods. In practice, we used the radiometer method to measure the normal full emissivity of some infrared heating coatings. The basic principle of the radiometer method is to detect the radiation output of the sample to be tested and the radiation output of the blackbody at the same temperature and other test conditions. The ratio of the two is used to find the thermal emissivity. The method is characterized by high test accuracy, but more system error factors, it is difficult to accurately estimate, especially the optical system structure parameters of a great impact, this article conducted some measurements and analysis.
