目的：为评价挖碗式超声乳化白内障人工晶体植入术的疗效。方法：采用双手或单手挖碗式超声乳化晶体核的方法，完成整个超声乳化白内障的过程，对３５例不同年龄、不同类型、不同硬度核的白内障采用该法进行小切口超声乳化白内障人工晶体植入术。超声乳化主机采用ＳｔｏｒｚＰｒｅｍｉｅｒｅＤＰ３４２２机型。结果：本组病例平均超声乳化时间为３分１５秒，超声能量平均为３６％。术后１周裸眼视力≥０．５者占８０％，术后３个月裸眼视力≥０．５者占８８．５７％，矫正视力≥０．５者占９４．２８％，术后１周平均散光为１．７５±０．５０Ｄ，术后３个月为１．２５±０．５０Ｄ；术后第一天角膜厚度比术前增加３％者７例，３．５％者１４例，４％者８例，５％者６例，术后第一天的平均角膜内皮细胞丢失率为３．７７％。结论：挖碗式超声乳化白内障技术适合于各种类型不同硬度的白内障，且手术过程安全、快捷，术中并发症少
Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of intraoral phacoemulsification cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation. One week after operation, the uncorrected visual acuity ≥0.5 accounted for 80%, the uncorrected visual acuity ≥0.5 accounted for 88.57% and corrected visual acuity ≥0.5 accounted for 94.28% at 3 months after operation, and one week after operation The average astigmatism was 1.75 ± 0.50D and the postoperative 3 months was 1.25 ± 0.50D. On the first postoperative day, the corneal thickness was increased by 3% compared with that before operation (7 cases, 3.5%, 14 cases) 4%, 8 cases, 5%, 6 cases, the average corneal endothelial cell loss rate was 3.77% on the first postoperative day. Conclusion: The bowl-shaped phacoemulsification cataract technology is suitable for all types of cataract with different hardness, and the operation process is safe, quick and less intraoperative complications
