目的:探析不同方式治疗妇产科剖宫产切口脂肪液化的临床效果。方法:选取我院妇产科收治的58例剖宫产切口脂肪液化患者为研究对象,根据数字随机表达法分组,每组29例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,在常规治疗基础上对观察组患者进行微波透热疗法治疗,对患者的各项临床治疗指标及总有效率进行对比分析。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率为96.55%,与对照组的75.86%相比,P<0.05,差异显著;观察组患者的治疗时间、伤口愈合时间、换药次数均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微波透热疗法治疗妇产科剖宫产切口脂肪液化的临床效果较为显著,可缩短切口愈合时间,减少换药次数,促进患者恢复,可作为一种科学、有效、理想的治疗效果广泛应用于临床治疗中。
Objective: To explore the clinical effects of different ways of treating fat liquefaction in obstetrics and gynecology cesarean section incision. Methods: Fifty-eight cesarean section patients with fat-induced liquefaction who underwent obstetrics and gynecology were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number expression method, with 29 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional therapy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with microwave hyperthermia on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical treatment indicators and the total effective rate of the patients were compared. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.55%, which was significantly different from that in the control group (P <0.05), and the treatment time, the wound healing time and dressing change times in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Microwave-assisted diathermy has the clinical effect of fat liquefaction in cesarean section in obstetrics and gynecology. It can shorten the incision healing time, reduce the number of dressing changes and promote the recovery of patients. It can be used as a scientific, effective and ideal therapeutic effect Used in clinical treatment.
