苏州市机关绩效管理工作是在原作风效能建设和目标考核基础上发展而来。2014年2月,市级机关作风效能考核工作职能由市纪委(监察局)转移到市编办,市行政机关效能建设领导小组办公室设在市编办。同年4月,建立市绩效管理工作联席会议制度,明确张家港市为县级机关绩效考核试点。三年多来,机关绩效管理工作不断推进,进入了全面规范实施阶段,起到了良好的导向、激励和监督作用。

In the past three years, the performance management of the organization has been continuously promoted and entered a stage of full implementation of the norms, which has played a good role in guiding, motivating and supervising.
