[目的 ] 用眼屈光度作为指标评价个体儿童近视眼易患性 ,开展早期预防。 [方法 ] 对 6~ 14岁 6 6 5名学生眼屈光度进行一年追踪检测 ,应用远视屈光度下降值研制学生近视眼屈光阈值。 [结果 ] 儿童近视眼屈光阈值随年龄增长而下降 ,6、7岁组阈值为 + 2 .0 0 D,8~ 13岁各年龄组均以 0 .2 5 D的级差递减 ,14岁组为 + 0 .37D。 [结论 ] 研制的阈值为学生近视眼预测提供了判断界值。通过预测 ,可及早发现近视眼易患者 ,有利于近视眼早期预防 ,提高预防工作的针对性
[Objective] To evaluate the susceptibility of individual children with myopia using eye refractive power as an index to carry out early prevention. [Methods] Sixty-six-year-old students 6 6 5 years follow-up examination of diopter, the use of myopia diopter decreased the development of myopic refractive refraction threshold. [Results] The refractive threshold of children with myopia decreased with age, the threshold of 6 and 7 years old group was +2.0D, and the age group of 8-13 years old was decreased by 0.25D grade. The 14-year-old group Is +0 .37D. [Conclusion] The developed threshold provides the judgment threshold for the students’ myopia prediction. Through the prediction, patients with myopia can be found early, is conducive to early prevention of myopia and improve the prevention of work-oriented
