本文对6174名40～60岁妇女进行绝经年龄及有关因素的调查,结果表明,我国妇女自然绝经平均年龄为49±3.7岁,40岁前绝经占3.1%,55岁后绝经占1.1%。绝经迟早与月经周期长短、经期持续天数、经量多少、有无痛经以及初潮年龄有关;与孕次、婚姻状况、经济条件有关;尤与产次、母亲绝经年龄、职业、文化程度、家庭关系密切相关。
In this paper, 6174 women aged 40 to 60 years of age and related factors of menopause survey, the results show that the average age of men and women in our country is 49 ± 3.7 years old, 3.1% pre-40 years old menopause, menopausal women after age 1.1%. Menopause sooner or later and menstrual cycle length, duration of menstruation days, the amount of menstrual flow, with or without dysmenorrhea and the age of menarche; and pregnancy times, marital status, economic conditions; especially parity, maternal menopause age, occupation, education level, family relations closely related.
