目的建立一种方便、准确、灵敏的测定生活饮用水中挥发酚的检测方法。方法试剂经抽滤处理,4-氨基安替吡啉用95%乙醇提纯,水样过0.45μm滤膜;采用全自动流动注射分析仪,在线加热温度165℃,泵速35r/min,载液0.025mol/L氢氧化钠溶液,检测波长580nm,进样时间140s,注射时间30s,清洗时间60s,样品周期200s。结果方法在0~100μg/L的浓度范围内具有良好的线性(r=0.9998),检出限0.85μg/L,RSD为0.87%~2.8%。结论该方法准确性高,分析速度快,线性范围、精密度和准确度均符合国家标准。
Objective To establish a convenient, accurate and sensitive detection of volatile phenol in drinking water. Methods The reagents were filtered and filtered, and the 4-aminoantipyrine was purified with 95% ethanol. The water sample was filtered through 0.45μm membrane. Using the automatic flow injection analyzer, the online heating temperature was 165 ℃, the pump speed was 35r / min, 0.025mol / L sodium hydroxide solution, detection wavelength 580nm, injection time 140s, injection time 30s, cleaning time 60s, sample period 200s. Results The method showed a good linearity (r = 0.9998) in the range of 0-100 μg / L with a detection limit of 0.85 μg / L and a RSD of 0.87% -2.8%. Conclusion The method is accurate, fast, linear range, precision and accuracy are in line with national standards.
