由于过剩生产力,中国经济开始减速。过去5年高速增长的投资热已经占用了未来发展的空间。这轮经济减速至少需要两年时间达到谷底。这种情况对社会稳定实际上是好事。近期的经济过热使得居民家庭收入的相当大一部分都用于支付房地产、食物和能源等物资的涨价,从通涨到通缩的过程,有助于增加家庭收入的可支出部分。
Due to excess productivity, China’s economy started to slow down. The rapid growth in investment over the past five years has taken up room for future growth. This round of economic slowdown will take at least two years to reach the bottom. This situation is actually a good thing for social stability. The recent overheating of the economy has resulted in a substantial portion of the household income being used to pay for higher prices for real estate, food and energy supplies, from inflation to deflation, helping to increase the expenditures on household income.
