近年来,中国LNG市场蓬勃发展,许多城市正在逐步形成LNG与管道天然气共存的多气源格局。LNG在组分、运输方式、燃烧性能等方面均与管输气存在较大差别,使得灶具性能有所不同,从而带来一系列互换性问题。为了保证燃气管网末端设备能够正常、安全、经济地用气,采用陕京二线管道气掺混乙烷的方法来模拟LNG,对北京地区典型民用燃气灶开展管输气与LNG不同掺混比例下的应用性能测试实验。结果表明:LNG的最佳掺混比例为80%,该比例下所有灶具的燃烧性能均表现良好,实现了LNG与管输气的顺利互换,避免了可能出现的高昂成本转换问题。
In recent years, the LNG market in China has been booming. Many cities are gradually forming a multi-source pattern in which LNG and pipeline natural gas coexist. LNG in the composition, mode of transport, combustion performance and other aspects of gas pipelines are quite different, making the stove performance is different, resulting in a series of interchangeability issues. In order to ensure normal, safe and economical use of gas at the end of the gas pipeline network, LNG was simulated by blending Shaanxi-Beijing second-tier pipeline gas with ethane to control the gas-to-LNG blending ratio in typical civilian gas stoves in Beijing Under the application performance test experiment. The results showed that the best blending ratio of LNG was 80%. All of the cookers showed good combustion performance at this ratio, which realized the smooth exchange of LNG and tube gas and avoided the possible costly conversion problem.
