目的:测定绞股蓝茶中有害重金属铅、铬、汞、砷、铜、镉的含量。方法:利用微波消解技术进行溶样,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪同时测定绞股蓝中6种有害重金属元素的含量。结果:不同批次的绞股蓝茶中6种重金属元素的平均含量符合铜>铅>镉>砷>铬>汞;部分批次的绞股蓝茶中镉及铅含量超出相关标准的规定。结论:ICP-MS法测定绞股蓝茶中的6种有害元素的含量,分析速度快,精密度高,可用于绞股蓝茶重金属指标的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of harmful heavy metals such as lead, chromium, mercury, arsenic, copper and cadmium in Gynostemma pentaphyllum. Methods: The samples were digested with microwave digestion technique. The content of six harmful heavy metals in Gynostemma pentaphyllum was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results: The average contents of six heavy metal elements in different batches of Gynostemma pentaphyllum met the requirements of copper> lead> cadmium> arsenic> chromium> mercury. The contents of cadmium and lead in some batches of Gynostemma pentaphyllum exceeded the relevant standards. Conclusion: The content of 6 kinds of harmful elements in Gynostemma pentaphyllum is determined by ICP-MS. The method has the advantages of fast analysis and high precision, and can be used for quality control of heavy metals in Gynostemma pentaphyllum.
