目的研究p57kip2及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在食管鳞癌患者中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2012年1月至2014年1月间收治的102例食管鳞癌患者,所有患者均经计算机断层扫描(CT)及病理学检查确诊,同时选取102例正常食管鳞状上皮患者作为对照组,使用免疫组化检测两组患者p57kip2、TGF-β1的表达情况,并分析p57kip2及TGF-β1表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果免疫组化结果显示,褐色细胞为p57kip2阳性细胞。正常食管鳞状上皮组织高表达p57kip2,阳性率为88.2%(90/102);食管鳞癌组织中p57kip2阳性率为29.4%(30/102),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。p57kip2阳性表达与食管鳞癌患者分化程度、浸润程度及淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别无明显相关(P>0.05)。TGF-β1表达于细胞核和细胞质,在正常食管鳞状上皮中表达极少,阳性率为25.5%(26/102);在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性率为66.7%(68/102),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TGF-β1阳性表达与食管鳞癌患者淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别、分化程度及浸润程度无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论食管鳞癌组织p57kip2低表达,TGF-β1高表达,两种因子对于病情评估及预后有重要临床意义。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of p57kip2 and transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods A total of 102 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who were treated between January 2012 and January 2014 were selected. All patients were diagnosed by computed tomography (CT) and pathological examination. 102 patients with normal esophageal squamous epithelium were selected as control group Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p57kip2 and TGF-β1 in both groups. The relationship between the expression of p57kip2 and TGF-β1 and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results Immunohistochemistry showed that the brown cells were p57kip2 positive cells. The positive expression rate of p57kip2 in normal esophageal squamous epithelium was 88.2% (90/102). The positive rate of p57kip2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 29.4% (30/102), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive expression of p57kip2 was significantly associated with the degree of differentiation, infiltration and lymph node metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05), but not with age and sex (P> 0.05). The expression of TGF-β1 in the nucleus and cytoplasm was very low in normal esophageal squamous epithelium, the positive rate was 25.5% (26/102). The positive rate of TGF-β1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 66.7% (68/102) There was statistical significance (P <0.05). The positive expression of TGF-β1 was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05), but not with age, sex, differentiation and infiltration (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of p57kip2 and high expression of TGF-β1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma are of great clinical significance in the evaluation and prognosis of the disease.
