在柔性有机电致发光器件中通常使用的柔性聚乙烯基对苯二酸酯(PET)基片上, 制备了一层聚酰亚胺(PI)缓冲层以改善氧化铟锡(ITO)阳极在基片上的附着力. 经过划痕法的测试, 柔性导电基片的临界载荷值大大提高, 基片抗弯折的能力也有很大的改善. 与使用普通 PET 基片制备的有机电致发光器件相比, 使用复合基片制备的器件的电流密度和发光亮度均提高了 4 倍左右.
