例1:男,56岁。右上腹部包块二个月,伴有黄疸三周,1980年8月12日入院。1980年6月间因纳差、无力、伴有恶心,在某医院就诊时发现右上腹部有一硬性包块。近三周出现巩膜及皮肤黄染,伴全身搔痒、右上腹部持续性隐痛,灰白便。体温37.8℃,脉搏60次/分,血压130/90毫米汞柱。营养差,巩膜皮肤中度黄染,心肺无异常。肝大右肋弓下5厘米,在右侧第九肋缘下方可扪到一凸凹不平的硬性包块,略有压痛,边缘不清,脾不大。化验:红细胞350万,
Example 1: Male, 56 years old. The upper right abdomen was massed for two months, accompanied by three weeks of jaundice, and admitted to hospital on August 12, 1980. In June 1980, due to poor appetite, weakness, and nausea, a rigid mass was found in the right upper abdomen during a hospital visit. Sclera and skin yellowing occurred in the past three weeks, with systemic pruritus, persistent pain in the right upper abdomen, and gray and white stools. Body temperature 37.8°C, pulse 60 beats/min, blood pressure 130/90 mm Hg. Poor nutrition, moderate yellow sclera skin, no abnormal heart and lung.
