大型煤粉锅炉中,四角布置直流燃烧器切向燃烧方式是最常见的1种。直流燃烧器的安装应符合规范要求,对该燃烧器的安装角度定位及检验方法有炉内实放假想切圆法、炉外测量法、激光水平仪测量法等。该燃烧器的安装角度及偏差对炉内空气动力场的影响主要是改变实际切圆的大小。因此,热态调整时,可通过调整给粉机转速或调整4个角中某个角处的二次风风速来实现。
