在四川、重庆5个县(市)采集桃树根结线虫病标本,经鉴定病原为Meloidogyne javanica。该线虫1年发生6代,历期24~60天;早春当土温回升至14.1℃时,幼虫开始侵入根内;历期长短与土温和降雨量密切相关,土温在14.1~30.8℃范围时,历期随温度的升高而缩短。桃园土和根内二龄幼虫量的周年波动均出现6个高峰,土中二龄幼虫的分布普遍而不均匀且随季节变化明显。
Samples of peach root knot nematodes were collected from 5 counties (cities) in Sichuan and Chongqing. The pathogen identified was Meloidogyne javanica. The nematode occurred 6 generations a year for 24-60 days. When soil temperature rose to 14.1 ℃ in early spring, the larva began to invade the root. The duration of the soil nematode was closely related to soil temperature and rainfall, and the soil temperature ranged from 14.1 to 30.8 ℃ When, the calendar period shortens as the temperature rises. The annual fluctuations of the second instar larvae in soil and roots of Taoyuan showed 6 peaks, and the distribution of second instar larvae in soil was uneven and uneven with seasonal changes.
