净选是中药炮制的组成部分之一 ,它包括药材的去毛、去芦、去心、去核、去壳、去节去根等非药用部位。本文通过对古代医药文献的考查 ,并结合实际工作 ,对药材的净选提出以下几点看法 :(1 )净选是古代用药的宝贵实践经验的总结 ,有一定的作用和意义。 (2 )在不断的实践和认识过程中 ,古代的医药学家也不拘泥于前人之说 ,对一些药材的净选也提出不同看法 ,有所创新。 (3 )对药材净选方法的深入探讨或提出改革 ,应该是一个综合性的学术工作 ,必须在中医药理论指导下进行研究工作。
The net selection is one of the components of Chinese medicine processing. It includes the depilation of medicinal materials, the reeds, the removal of the heart, the removal of nucleolus, the removal of shells, the removal of roots and other non-medicinal parts. This article through the examination of ancient medical literature, combined with practical work, proposed the following points on the net selection of herbs: (1) The net selection is a summary of valuable practical experience of ancient medication, has a certain role and significance. (2) In the process of constant practice and understanding, ancient medical scientists did not rigidly adhere to their predecessors’ opinions. They also expressed different opinions on the selection of some medicinal materials and made innovations. (3) The in-depth discussion or proposed reform of the method of net selection of medicinal herbs should be a comprehensive academic work, and must be conducted under the guidance of theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
