关于采用成组立模生产粉煤灰矿渣混凝土承重内墙板所存在的裂缝问题,由于产生裂缝的因素比较复杂,材性、构造处理和生产工艺均互有影响,一直未能彻底解决。裂缝墙板约占13%~41%,墙板产生裂缝的部位,一般均在门洞口上角,形成斜裂或竖裂,最大宽度超过0.3毫米,最大长度从门洞口上角一直延伸到墙板的顶部。在无产阶级文化大革命和批林批孔运动的推动下,为了探求解决粉煤灰矿渣混凝土承重内墙板(厚14厘米)存在的裂缝问题,在市建委和原建工局的关怀和支持下,由国家建委建研院结构所,市建筑设计院和我厂,于1974年上半年共同进行了综合试验,并初步取得了成效。
