目的分析采用氧化锆全瓷冠修复对患牙牙周组织的影响。方法选择2008年6月至2009年3月在沈阳市口腔医院修复科就诊的需行全冠修复的患者38例(患牙52颗),采用氧化锆全瓷冠修复患牙。于修复前及修复后1年行牙周状况检查。分别取患牙修复前、后的龈沟液(gingival crevicular fluid,GCF),进行GCF量测定,并对GCF内肿瘤坏死因子(tumorne crosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)含量进行比较分析。结果修复体边缘的深度符合临床要求,修复后患牙的牙周指标(探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数)、GCF量、GCF内TNF-α及IL-6含量与修复前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氧化锆全瓷冠修复后1年内对患牙牙周组织无明显不利影响。
Objective To analyze the effects of zirconia porcelain crowns on the periodontal tissues of the affected teeth. Methods From June 2008 to March 2009 in Shenyang City Stomatological Hospital repair required 38 patients with crown restoration (52 teeth), zirconia all-ceramic crown repair of teeth. Periodontal status examination was performed before repair and 1 year after repair. Gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) was collected before and after the tooth repair, and the GCF was measured. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 interleukin-6, IL-6) were compared. Results The depth of the prosthesis edge met the clinical requirements. The periodontal index (probing depth, sulcus bleeding index, plaque index), the amount of GCF, the content of TNF-α and IL-6 in the GCF of the restored tooth were compared with those before the repair. The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The zirconia all-ceramic crowns did not have any significant adverse effect on the periodontal tissues of the affected teeth within 1 year after repair.
