China's IT industry is also facing the surge in demand for talent. Last year, some professionals in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou concentrated their demand for computer professionals in suppressing other professionals, almost ten times as much as in the hot media such as the advertising media, trade, export, and pharmaceutical chemistry (Figure 1).
