江苏的民俗和民间文化源远流长,具有鲜明的地方特色。记者了解到,《江苏民间文学集成》已编辑出版;镇江于1989年成立了被中国民间文学艺术泰斗钟敬文先生称之为“中国第一库”的镇江民间文艺资料库,2002年又成立镇江民间文化艺术馆;南通编辑出版了《南通美术乡土教材》进入小学生的课堂。为保护好我省的民俗和民间文化遗产,弘扬民族传统文化,省政协委员、江苏美术出版社社长兼总编辑高云向省政协九届一次会议提交了大会发言《关于做好江苏省民俗和民问文化遗产的抢救、保护和利用工作的建议》,引起了有关方面的关注和重视。高云委员也因此成为媒体记者追逐的新闻人物,本刊记者在省政协九届一次会议间隙对他进行了专访。高云委员告诉记者,去年他和一些民进会员着重对泰州地区的民俗和民间文化进行了调研。他们发现,
