农民自身权益的使用和维护是广受关注的问题,尤其是在农村基层自治组织选举的过程中。我国的农村基层自治组织存在着一些不足。本文以安徽省颖东区周庄为例,发现了一些我国农村基层自治组织还存在的问题,以我国现有的有关法律为基础,以全国各地自治组织在选举过程中的创新与发展和国外一些国家在立法上与实践当中的经验为参考,提出进一步完善我国农村基层自治组织选举制度的措施,来推进新农村的建设,促进十三五计划的发展。
The use and maintenance of peasants’ own rights and interests are issues of widespread concern, especially in the process of election of rural grassroots self-governing organizations. There are some shortcomings in China’s rural grass-roots autonomous organizations. This article takes Zhouzhuang in Yingdong District of Anhui Province as an example and finds some problems still exist in the rural grass-roots autonomous organizations in our country. Based on the existing relevant laws in our country, with the innovation and development of the autonomous organizations across the country during the election process and some foreign countries In the legislative and practical experience as a reference, put forward measures to further improve the electoral system of rural grass-roots autonomous organizations in our country to promote the construction of new countryside and promote the development of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
