针对高铝青铜粉体材料的涂覆应用,采用HVOF技术制备铝青铜(Cu-14Al-X)粉体材料涂层,并与304不锈钢进行滑动干摩擦试验,结合扫描电子显微镜、能谱和电子探针等手段研究涂层的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,在滑动干摩擦条件下,HVOF高铝青铜涂层的主要磨损形式是粘着磨损及轻微的磨粒磨损。摩擦热使涂层达到了理想粘着摩擦表面的要求,因此涂层具有十分优良的减摩性能,尤其是在高载荷条件下。HVOF高铝青铜涂层的硬度(HV)为500,该硬度保证了涂层具有较低的磨损率,属于轻微磨损。
Aiming at the coating application of high aluminum bronze powder material, the coating of aluminum bronze (Cu-14Al-X) powder material was prepared by HVOF technique and the sliding frictional friction test was carried out with 304 stainless steel. Combined with scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum and electron Probe and other means to study the friction and wear properties of the coating. The results show that under the condition of sliding dry friction, the main wear forms of HVOF aluminum bronze coating are adhesive wear and slight abrasive wear. Friction heat makes the coating meet the ideal adhesion friction surface requirements, so the coating has very good anti-friction properties, especially under high load conditions.
