教学反思是授课教师以自己的教学活动过程作为反思对象,通过对所教课程内容的自我回顾、思考、反省等方式,对自己的课堂教学行为、教学方法以及由此所产生的结果进行分析和反思,思考教学活动中的成功与不足,提出改进措施并总结教学经验,提升教学能力。任教以来,我通过对备课、上课及课后反思的比较,使我意识到课前备课固然重要,而课后反思则更有利于及时反馈教学实践的信息,不断丰富自己的教学经验,提高自身教学水平。
