按身高的标准体重及肱三头肌部和肩胛下角部二部位的皮脂厚度,选取7-12岁儿童肥胖组60名,对照组67名和营养不良组52名三种不同营养状况的儿童共179名。检测了血清中TC、TG、HDL-ChLDL-Ch及VLDL-Ch的含量,测定了心肺及免疫功能。结果显示肥胖组的血脂水平,收缩压及舒张压均显著高于对照组和营养不良组(P<0.01),对照组与营养不良组无差异。肥胖组和营养不良组的肺及免疫功能均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),肥胖组与营养不良组无差异。
According to the standard weight of body height and sebaceous thickness of triceps and subscapular horn, 60 children aged 7-12 years old, 60 children in control group and 52 malnutrition children were selected as 179 name. The contents of TC, TG, HDL-ChLDL-Ch and VLDL-Ch in serum were detected, and the cardiopulmonary and immune functions were measured. The results showed that the levels of lipid, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in obese group were significantly higher than those in control group and malnutrition group (P <0.01). There was no difference between control group and malnutrition group. Obesity and malnutrition group lung and immune function were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01), obesity group and malnutrition group no difference.
