南方地区开敞式大空间建筑寥寥无几,且一般不设空调。以广州某开敞式演艺广场加装空调为例,介绍了室内外设计参数的选择、空调负荷计算和空调系统的确定及其优化。根据该工程开敞式特点及夜间使用的特殊性,调整室内外设计参数,减少设备的装机容量,并根据送风温度选用蒸发式冷凝螺杆高温冷水机组,同时采用高效风机、水泵等设备,系统实测EER达到5.05,室内环境得到改善,整体节能效果达到设计要求。
