今年,我们迎来了我国在自力更生基础上开发、设计、研制和施工建设的第一套馏分油加氢裂化装置建成投产30周年。这是我国炼油发展史上一个值得纪念的日子。60年代我们在封闭的困难环境下,奋发图强,为炼油技术的现代化努力拼搏,紧接着“五朵金花”战役,一场加氢裂化的攻坚战全面展开。1966年加氢裂化装置的胜利投产,标志着我国高压加氢裂化工艺和高压设备制造技术跃上了新的台阶,从此我们可用劣质的重馏分油原料生产优质的煤油、柴油和石脑油等轻质油品,它的意义远远超过了技术范围,这是不言而喻的b 此后15年内功氢裂化作为重质油轻质化的手段虽然发展不快,但研究工作和生产经验的积累并未间断,而且为姊妹工艺加氢精制和加氢处理以及伴生工艺制氢的发展创造了十分有利和有益的条件。
