《近代史资料》1978年第一期发表的著名的《热河密札》,是研究1861年那拉氏、奕訢等人向端华,肃顺集团夺权即史称“辛酉政变”的重要资料。原件藏上海涵芬楼,已毁于日本军国主义炮火。幸经高劳选录十二通连载于《东方杂志》第九卷第一、二期,题名《清官秘史》。《近代史资料》即据以翻印。因事涉政变密谋,字句隐晦,所以黄浚、章士钊、邵循正等学者,曾相继为作注释或疏证。章士钊氏并取名为《热河密札》。从内容判断,收发信者都系参预机密的军机章京,发信者在承德行在,收信人在北京留守。后者现可确定是奕訢心腹朱学勤即朱修伯。
