采用热弹塑性有限元方法计算陶瓷表面残余应力,将力学问题简化为求解在移动集中力和移动集中热源作用下的应力模型,采用逐点移位法处理载荷的模态输入,计算结果与测试结果相比较具有较好的计算精度,从而为实现陶瓷磨削残余应力的预测与控制提供了理论基础。
The thermo-elasto-plastic finite element method is used to calculate the residual stress on the ceramic surface. The mechanical problem is simplified to solve the stress model under the action of concentrated movement and concentrated heat source. The point-by-point displacement method is used to deal with the modal input of load. The results show that the method has a better calculation accuracy, which provides a theoretical basis for the prediction and control of residual stress in ceramic grinding.
