四川会理铅锌矿中铅的氧化率较高,而这部分氧化铅矿未得到有效回收。因此对该矿石进行了氧化铅回收的低碱新工艺试验研究,并着重探讨了硫化钠、新型捕收剂3418A和高锰酸钾的用量对矿石中氧化铅浮选回收率的影响。研究结果表明,在磨矿阶段加入硫化钠,并使用新型铅矿物捕收剂3418A,得到了铅品位为51.90%,铅回收率为78.71%的铅精矿,相比原始高碱工艺,铅的综合回收率提高了20.18%。
The lead oxidation rate in Huili lead-zinc mine in Sichuan Province is relatively high, and this part of lead oxide ore has not been effectively recovered. Therefore, the low-alkali new process of lead oxide recovery was studied in this ore. The effects of sodium sulfide, new collector 3418A and potassium permanganate on flotation recovery of lead oxide in ore were also discussed. The results show that when sodium sulfide is added in the grinding stage and the new lead mineral collector 3418A is used, the lead concentrate with the lead grade of 51.90% and the lead recovery of 78.71% is obtained. Compared with the original high-alkali technology, lead Comprehensive recovery rate increased by 20.18%.
