为了把龙滩工程建成我国水电行业的精品工程、示范工程,夺得鲁班奖,工程建设需坚持“五制”管理,全面提高管理水平;强化精品意识,抓好质量安全管理;依靠科技创新,发挥技术先导和保障作用;搞好投资控制,降低工程造价;严格进度控制,确保实现投产目标;重视环境建设,营造文明施工氛围;繁荣“龙滩”文化,培育“龙滩”精神;加强组织领导,确保创建工作健康发展。目前,工程建设已取得阶段性成果,须抓住机遇,迎接更大的挑战。
