为了探讨甲瘤丸治疗良性结节的分子学机理,本文研究了甲瘤丸对DNA聚合酶及DNA模板活性的影响。结果表明甲瘤丸对DNA模板的活性没有明显影响,而对DNA聚合酶α活性有明显抑制作用,从而达到抑制DNA的合成。
In order to investigate the molecular mechanism of the treatment of benign nodules by Jialiu Pills, the effects of Jiaya Pills on DNA polymerase and DNA template activity were studied. The results showed that Jiaya Pills had no significant effect on the activity of the DNA template, but had a significant inhibitory effect on DNA polymerase alpha activity, thereby inhibiting DNA synthesis.
